There is a standard tenancy agreement between ourselves and the tenant which sets out in common-sense terms the basis of our commitment to each other. There is no charge for this document.
Rent is paid monthly, normally by standing order. A deposit of one month's rent is required which is returnable at the end of the tenancy as long as the agreement has not been broken.
